Breast Shield Sizing Guide
Use the coin method to measure your pre-pump and post-pump nipple size.
Take a pre-pump measurement of your nipple, at the base. Hand stimulate to make sure your nipple is fully erect before measuring. Properly fitted flanges will be 1-3 mm larger than your nipple measurement before pumping, generally speaking. But always go by what is most comfortable for you and yields the most milk flow -regardless of what it looks like.
